🔁 Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Pickit you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA) orders.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: personalized / custom-printed items (with names, numbers, or custom designs) can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly on our part.

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at support@pickitgear.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost and send a prepaid label. For all other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@pickitgear.com.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pickitgear.com.
