0-1kg: $6.99 | 1-2kg: $9.99 | 2-3kg: $12.99 | 3-4kg: $15.99 | 4-5kg: $18.99 | 5-6kg: $21.99 | 6-7kg: $24.99 | 7-8kg: $27.99 | 8-9kg: $30.99 | >9kg: $34.99

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Domestic shipments are in transit for 5–13 business days (Mon–Fri). Order cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST. Order handling time is 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use USPS to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@pickitgear.com.

E. CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service at support@pickitgear.com. If the parcel was delivered while you were absent, please contact us for next steps.
